Enter the state that issued the current title, regardless of where the vehicle was purchased or any other documents you have from the seller. The state of title issuance is usually at the top of the title. You must have the current title to use the online system. If you have a Wisconsin vehicle title, select "Wisconsin Title" as the current title.
