Driver Report Own Crash (DROC)

Help:

Do not report a crash unless one or more of the entry criteria are true and a law enforcement officer has not already completed a crash report.

For the licensed WI driver question, select "Yes" if you have been issued a driver's license by the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles. If you possess an out-of-state driver's license, a Wisconsin Identification Card, or are not currently licensed, select "No".

To proceed, one of the following must be true:

There was $1000 or more damage to any one person's vehicle or property.
There was an injury.
There was damage of $200 or more to state or other government-owned property other than a vehicle.
I received a letter from the Department of Transportation stating I was involved in a crash and must complete a crash report.

I certify at least one of the above is true.
